The next European Championship will be held from the 10th to the 13th November in Marseille, France. This year the French association, leading by Francois Grignard obtained some experiences when organized the first French Open in Paris.

Now is coming the summary's Francois Grignard: we have now 4 association Paris, Marseille, Canteleu et Amiens (in 2008 it was only Paris et Marseille).

- we grew up with now almost 100 players (60 in 2008)

- we organize a French Open in May on 2 days 2009 with 8 countries, 44 players (27 foreigners)

- we want now to organize each spring a French Open

- we will organize the next European championship in Marseille in November 2010

- we made big publicity for the "plumfoot" (shuttlecock) with a partnership with Thuongh Dinh.

Thuongh Dinh are vietnamese sportshoes which are now selling in France. They use shuttlecock for their publicities and gave 2000 featherballs with their shoes. We are looking how to keep the contact between sport shuttlecock and freestyle shuttlecock there are in France many players who discovered this games by travelling in Asia and now play in France. But they don't really know the sport version and their clubs.
